It is our priority to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Please allow 3-10 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping. You will receive your tracking number as soon as a shipping label is created via email. 

Refunds will be granted ONLY IF THE WRONG ITEMS ARE RECEIVED. If the wrong item is received please e-mail us photos at contact@allurediversity.com within 7 days of the package being delivered.

Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address otherwise it will be your responsibility to retrieve your package. 

Once the package is shipped, we no longer have control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
